I lead The Research Group, where we put those laws to work together. I do it by building the systems that get the business out of your head, so it stops depending on you for everything.
I watched two fathers build incredible businesses. One ran a trucking company with city government contracts. The other built an arborist business so respected the city still talked about it years later. Both men built something remarkable, and neither business could outlive them.
That is why I do this work. I help owners make the change while it's still theirs to make.
